Given industry wide challenges around price fluctuations, WEBBS’ ecommerce website needed to be somewhat more specialised. WEBBS customers should have the most up-to-date pricing available, so a custom checkout workflow was needed. Our approach was to incorporate a quotation step into the checkout flow, allowing the customer to complete their order following an accurate quotation.
